A note from the founder

Why I built Dwemer

After speaking with people looking for a home or an investment property, I kept hearing the same challenge: making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives often meant piecing together information from a handful of websites and relying on local real-estate advice.

I built Dwemer to help bridge that gap. By bringing neighborhood data, market trends, and research tools together, I want to help buyers understand an area, compare their options, and find a home or investment that fits their goals with more clarity and confidence.

Why build it around tracts?

ZIP codes can cover very different blocks and households. Census tracts give investors a more useful way to compare nearby areas while researching a market.

Dwemer brings map-based exploration, side-by-side tract comparison, deal calculators, listings, and AI analysis into one research tool so you can move from a broad search to a closer look without stitching together as many sources.

It is built for neighborhood screening, not for replacing property-level inspection, appraisal, or professional advice.
